In December 2000, Iroko Charities International was founded to provide health, educational and AIDS services to low-income communities. Since its inception, Iroko has worked with several organizations from several parts of the world in dealing with their problems.

Iroko's strategy is to leverage resources in the developed countries of North America and Europe for primary health clinics, HIV/AIDS, disaster and emergency relief, and developing adequate food supplies to eliminate hunger.
